Meteoroids are actually remnants of comets and asteroids. These rocks or metals are floating in space. They can range in diameter from dust to one meter. When they enter the Earth's atmosphere, they have a speed of more than 60,000 kilometers per hour. As a result of the extreme speed and friction of the atmosphere, they become extremely hot and burn, creating a stream of fire along its path. These are called meteors or meteoroids. Many people call the meteor particles flying in the night sky as Shooting Star. In fact, these are not stars at all
